ABOUT

Welcome to Wild at Heart Fine Silver.  My jewelry making adventure began in 2007 when I discovered Precious Metal Clay.  It is an organic clay infused with microscopic particles of pure fine silver.  When fired in the kiln, the clay burns away fusing the precious metal resulting in a piece of jewelry in .999 fine silver.  Each piece begins as a lump of silver clay and I give special care through each step of designing, hand forming, sanding, drilling, firing, hammering, antiquing, and polishing. The finished look has a handcrafted artisan feel. Each piece is finished off by adding high quality sterling silver chain or earring wires.

I am a one woman enterprise...the designer, maker, photographer, webmaster and shipper of every piece of jewelry from my home studio.  Know that every aspect of the process has been carried out by me...making your piece truly handmade. My goal is to make simple artisan style designs to make every day special!

Living on the east slopes of the North Cascade Mountains in Washington State gives me tons of inspiration.  You will find this woven through my designs in botanicals from the forest or pebbles from the river.  Each piece is made with love, one at a time.  Please enjoy browsing my current designs and feel free to contact me with any questions or to ask about availability.
